Indonesia’s perfect location where Equator lies and made us a tropical nation brought many benefits. One of them of course the hot temperatures and high rainfall throughout the year. With a tropical climate, spices and herbs can grow abundantly. These spices and seasonings are widely used to make our food extra delicious.
Now, jumping to Nusa Dua’s favorite sports bar and restaurant, Velada, they are picking up those amazing Indonesian spices and created one memorable set menu for us to die for.
After Velada culinary collaboration’s success last year, starting in March for the next three months, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali inviting its guests to savor delectable Southeast Asian flavors with freshly selected produce prepared specially by Chef James Tan of Sacred Rice. James Tan is a perfectionist when it comes to his cook, and will not let you astray when it comes to serving the best dish in town. What makes it more epic is the local ingredients purchased directly from local farmers transformed into beautiful delicacies, including Kalimantan Prawns, Nonya Chicken and Slow Beef. These mouthwatering dishes to be enjoyed in the elegantly served Asian tapas or go by the traditional way of eating a shared meal. This is the collaboration that promises a memorable culinary journey starting on the 11th March 2021 onwards after its kick-off evening on 5th March.
