The legendary Kayuputi champagne bar offers a high-quality pre-dinner cocktail experience and you can make the whole experience complete by taking one of the sublime cigars offered by their elegant humidor.
During Astor Diamond Champagne Brunch, guests are treated to the finest Asian-inspired haute cuisine, presented and served in a style unprecedented in opulence and exclusivity. Pre-brunch, from 11am, guests are invited to the renowned Kayuputi Champagne Bar for endless pass-around canapés and a delectable selection of aperitifs, fine champagne, refreshing juices and mocktails with a selection of cocktails, including the famed St. Regis signature Bloody Mary with local ingredient twist.
The brunch will commence at noon with a cherished tradition of ceremonial sabrage, where Chief Sommelier Harald Wiesmann opens a champagne bottle with a saber. Then, guests are allowed to take their seats to indulge in the handcrafted Kayuputi a la carte brunch menu, served course by course to the table and supplemented by a selection of delicious chef specialty pass-around plates. Executive Chef Agung Gede is responsible for all the foods served here. This brunch offers Wagyu beef from Australia and fish caught in local waters but also imported from Japan. The quality of all the ingredients is outstanding and always fresh. From oysters and champagne to a luxurious eight-course degustation menu, quality is made sure to be their number one priority. The menu is designed to serve every possible customer with their personal preferences. The Astor Diamond Champagne Brunch is every Sunday from 11am to 3pm at the Kayuputi restaurant. For IDR 1,450,000 net/person, the package includes a one-hour complimentary aperitif, champagne, and juice selection at Kayuputi Champagne Bar from 11am to 12pm, followed by brunch between 12pm until 3pm. The Beverage Package for an additional IDR 1,450,000 net/person includes free flow champagne, a selection of premium red and white wines and cocktails from 12pm to 3pm. This additional package also includes a variety of digestives and cigars, served from 2pm to 3pm at the Kayuputi Champagne Bar.
