Unlock the subconscious mind at ease at Anantara Spa.
Located on the pristine Seminyak beach in Bali, Anantara Seminyak Resort has just launched a new spa program that is centered on hypnotherapy. A form of treatment used to reprogramme the subconscious, hypnotherapy may be beneficial when it comes to overcoming behavioral and psychological conditions such as fears, anxiety, phobias, and negative thoughts as well as addressing suppressed emotions.
The hypnotherapy sessions at Anantara Seminyak are being led by Made - a certified hypnotherapist and resident Anantara Wellness Guru. With a degree from Indonesian Hypnosis Center, Made not only conduct each session but has also personally designed the hypnotherapy programs for the resort that allows him to customize each session based on the customer’s needs.
During his session, the first thing that he will do is to discuss the client’s concerns. This part will be recorded to create a mutually acceptable treatment plan that will be done during the session. Afterward, Made will talk the clients through what constitutes being in a trance state by giving a detailed account of what will transpire. First, an aura cleansing session with a Tibetan bowl and seven chakra stones to balance positive energy and put the client’s body into a state of deep relaxation.
Once the hypnosis has opened up the door to the clients’ repressed memories and emotions, the hypnotherapist will focus on uncovering connections to the past traumas affecting the current functioning. A powerful, effective therapeutic technique, hypnotherapy provides healing through getting to the root of the problem and paving the way to new behaviors. Please do note as hypnosis is a willing state, its benefits may be less pronounced in clients who are skeptical or uncomfortable with the idea of hypnosis.
