For her expertise and leadership, Mrs. Dewi Mas is awarded as Bali Leading Top Hospitality Leader for the second time this year
On 27 May 2019, Alaya Hotels & Resorts received the highest leadership award for their General Manager position at Bali Tourism Awards 2019. Balinese-born Mrs. Dewi Mas once again claimed the title of Bali Leading Top Hospitality Leader after receiving it last year. With 20 years under her belt, Mrs. Ayu Dewi has a detailed understanding of luxury hotel operations along with a solid background in sales and marketing. As a Certified Hotel Trainer, Certified Hotel Administration and Certified Lead Hotel Auditor, she regularly lectures at a local hospitality college and is keen to share her knowledge with the island’s next generation of aspiring hoteliers.
As a General Manager at Alaya Hotels & Resorts, Mrs. Dewi Mas also encourages her staffs to work with a passion they have in the hospitality industry. This kind of motivation resulted in various awards that Alaya Hotels & Resorts have achieved in just two years after she moved into position.
