Commandeered by Stephane Simond; a Michelin-grade chef with years of experience on the top level of culinary industry, FOLiE’s dining menus consists of elegant degustation dishes with quality plating and unique flavors which chef Simond himself perfectly described as a ‘lovechild between two cultures; East and West, as an attempt to discover something in-between’.

For an opener, try Alba; a delightful creamy soup made of baked egg, black truffle, champignon mushroom, French cream, parmesan cheese and best enjoyed as a spread to the accompanying crunchy sour dough bread. Then immediately move to main menu and order Angel Hair Pasta Aglio E Olio; one of their best-selling menu which combines thin-sized spaghetti pasta, dried tomatoes, garlic, basil, chili, pine nuts and grilled prawns into one tasty, mouth-watering goodness. Or, for a unique Asian artisan fusion, you may try Black Truffle Fried Rice; a savory delicacy which precisely blends distinctive truffle flavors into each spoonful of fried rice; served along with duck confit and poached egg.
