Set on the Southermost tip of Bali peninsula, Melasti Beach is an idyllic getaway to get-soaked in Bali’s timeless tropical atmosphere. This immaculate spot will also become a ‘home’ for soon-to-be-launched Minoo Beach Club.
Derrived from Persian words for ‘Heaven’, Minoo will be a splendid holiday destination for travelers and their loved ones. Settled alongside Melasti Beach in the pristine Ungasan region, the shoreside venue is heavily inspired by vibrant Bohemian touch, adorned by eclectic wooden materials with some seating area directly build overlooking the blue Ocean vista.
A 100 capacity restaurant will greet all the guests; joined by 38 sun loungers, a 15-capacity alfresco dining area. There’s also two impressive options in terms of cooling off – Minoo Beach Club boasts direct beach access, as well as a stylish swimming pool area.
Leading the dedicated kitchen squad, Chef Robby Fahmi Kurniawan is a talented Indonesian culinary artist with nine whole years of experience in the hospitality industry to sculpt a specialty menu which merges classic Western flavours with those of Asia; deeply inspired by Bali’s ever-growing fishing industry. “Minoo’s food specialty is seafood, as the space on which the beach club sits was one a fishing village,” says Chef Robby. “It’s our history that we’ve used to draw inspiration for most of the menu, as well as its interiors – the restaurant itself is a former fishing boat”
Minoo’s stand-out dishes will include a daily ‘Catch of the Day’. Working in collaboration with local fisherman for fresh seafood, the venue will then be able to customize the fish in question to guests’ preferences, whether that be grilled, pan-friend, wok-fried or steamed. They have planned to open for public around April 2020, so stay tune for more info!
