At Starfish Bloo – W Bali Seminyak, From 12PM – 3PM daily guests can order delicious, freshly-prepared, healthy menu items – including a range of plant-based meals, sushi and nigiri platter or for the super clean eating you choose from The Greens & More menu. Starfish Bloo has gotten on board with the huge rise of plant-based foods in the global F&B and dining scene, with a momentous movement away from animal products across the board.
You can enjoy the Teriyaki Buddha Poke; packed full of charred broccoli, shredded carrot, bok choy, mushroom, red rice, avocado, mango and pickled onions. Other fresh options include the Asian Kale Salad Bowl, Cilantro Lime Quinoa Poke and Bedugul Roots Slaw with Kintamani orange, soybean and yuzu-honey dressing. The sushi and nigiri selection are made from the freshest produce of the day, and the restaurant has created a signature “sushiritto” – an interesting take on combining signature sushi with a burrito. Here you can choose between Salmon Avocado (golden radish, tanuki, tom yam aioli) or Sambal Tuna (avocado, pickled cucumber, sprouts, sriracha aioli).
In The Greens & More section of the menu guests can make their own meals from Sesame Salmon Nicoise, Thai Beef Steak & Greens, Yellow Fin Tuna Noodle Bowl or Herbs Marinated Lamb & Tempeh Falafel Gyro. For a seafood delight, guest can choose from the Steamed Whole Grouper, Korean Bibimbap or the Swordfish Moringa Spaghetti Pasta. This new menu launch is in line with the hotel’s commitment to sustainability, supporting and building the relationship with local farmers and fishermen whilst using the finest local products available on the island.
