On Wednesday, 21st of November 2018, get ready for a magical dining experience at Sake no Hana. Spearheaded by Executive Chef Hendry, Italy San will combine the culinary roots of Japan & Italy and serve the most tantalizing dishes paired with Italian wine from Friuli, carefully selected by world-renowned Sommelier, David Pedrol of Tenuta Santa Helena.

The night will start with a stunning sunset reception at the OMNIA Cube at 6.30pm before continuing to Sake no Hana Mezzanine for an unforgettable seated dinner & wine pairing experience at 7.30pm.

The innovative and delectable menu has been meticulously crafted by Executive Chef Hendry, offering delightful dishes such as Japanese scallop carpaccio with sakoshi oyster foam and green wasabi coulis, king crab and uni soba, slow cooked Wagyu beef with sesame caramel soy, and many more exciting dishes. Each course will be paired with the finest Italian wines to give you a truly unforgettable gastronomic experience.
