Being at home and having more times on our hands made us binge watching new shows, new podcasts, new skincare routines and all kinds of fun. Good news is, we are going to share them with you! We don’t want to be obsessed over the list alone, so here we go.

This show has three seasons for you to do some Netflix marathon!

Currently obsessed with Too Hot To Handle Reality TV Show

We all have a guilty pleasure, and ours, is Too Hot To Handle! The show consisted of eight episodes, all of which were released on 17 April 2020 on Netflix. The host of the series is a virtual assistant, named “Lana,” who announced that the contestants had been tricked into having no physical human contact for four weeks. If they made it, they would be paid $100,000.00. We’ll share it with you in case you want to share the pleasure. But please note, the show can be really really hot. Wink!

Currently obsessed with Dr Joe Dispenza’s ‘You are the Placebo’ book

Is it possible to heal by thought alone—without drugs or surgery? The truth is that it happens more often than you might expect. In You Are the Placebo, Dr. Joe Dispenza shares numerous documented cases of those who reversed cancer, heart disease, depression, crippling arthritis, and even the tremors of Parkinson’s disease by believing in a placebo. Similarly, Dr. Joe tells of how others have gotten sick and even died the victims of a hex or voodoo curse—or after being misdiagnosed with a fatal illness. Belief can be so strong that pharmaceutical companies use double- and triple-blind randomized studies to try to exclude the power of the mind over the body when evaluating new drugs.

Currently obsessed with Bach Flower Remedy

There are so many healing methods out there, and picking out the right one for you needs some sort of test and trials. But this one is one of our favorites. Bach flower remedies are solutions of brandy and water—the water containing extreme dilutions of flower material developed by Edward Bach, an English homeopath, in the 1930s. Bach claimed that the dew found on flower petals retains imagined healing properties of that plant. You need to consult with a bach flower therapist to get your specific remedies.
