Banyan Tree Challenges Female Stereotypes On International Women’s Day

To celebrate this year’s International Women’s Day, Banyan Tree Hotels & Resort Launch an inspiring photo-series; celebrating women’s achievements in their respective fields.

Entitled “Female Cliches”, Banyan Tree aims to put a positive spin on traditionally negative stereotypes and encourages every woman to forge their own paths of success. Some of the women featured in Banyan Tree’s photo series have proved themselves capable on the highest level of hospitality field in various Banyan Tree establishment; such as Corporate Chef Renu Homsombat, which leads the group’s signature restaurant Saffron, the General Manager of Banyan Tree Bangkok, Nopparat Aumpa, the Vice President of Brand HQ, Ho Renyung, and many more.

“The diversity of experiences and ideas is core to what makes Banyan Tree thrive” said Ho Renyung. “We recognize that this is an ongoing effort and are committed to continually taking conscious steps to ensure that all women are treated equally and empowered to pursue their passions.
