Begin your dining experience with several appetizing starters including the refreshing Beef Steamed “Prawn Cocktail” which uses Vannamei prawns, wild watercress, iceberg lettuce, tomato jelly and cognac fresh horseradish cocktail sauce; the Pan Fried Crab Cakes which uses avocado, lemon & lime aioli, palm heart, wild green chervil and chilli; the fresh Butchers Salad which uses thick cut steak tomatoes, red onion, gorgonzola cheese, old school blue cheese dressing, young basil and chilli; and the Steamed Seafood Salad which uses fish, calamari, salmon, clams, prawns, mixed tomato, basil and preserved lemon.

Relish in some of the stand-outs including the Plantation Rib Eye, a 250g grain fed black angus rib eye with wild green salad, and red and green peppercorn sauce; the Pork Chop “Summer in Italy” which is a wood roasted USA pork chop with sweet n sour yellow peppers, currants, chilli, lemon and anchovy battered sage and the Half Spit Roasted Duck which is spice roasted duck on the bone with Paris mash potatoes, steamed wild purple spinach, peas, pancetta and shitake. Don’t forget to order the popular Black Truffle Mac & Cheese which uses garlic chives, 4 cheese white sauce and pork pancetta for the side dish. Another delightful item on their menu is the San Francisco Fish Soup which has mussels, clams, prawns, shrimp, crab, and fish steamed in a spicy tomato broth, wild garlic and herb bread.
